FL DMV requires GGAI to transfer all titles and tags. Fees for titled items purchased by individuals include: Title Transfer: $150.00, Transfer of existing plate: $95.00, New decal fee: $135.00, Purchase of new plate: $400.00. A late fee of $40.00 is charged for any required paperwork or information not provided within 3 days after the auction. No vehicles are released until title transfer is completed.

Pickup Rules
The seller does not provide transportation or loading services for buyers to remove their merchandise. Any and all methods of lifting, towing, and hauling, as well as all other methods or requirements for the removal and transport of the materials, equipment, and/or vehicles, is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Who can Register
Both individuals and companies can register. Separate bidder numbers are suggested for personal and company purchases. Dealers must provide a copy of their dealer license, tax certificate, and registration with Sunbiz showing they are an officer of the company.
