Seller Fees
Commission: 10% of the first $10,000 and 5% of the balance per item; $75 minimum (non‑titled) and $100 minimum (titled). No‑sale fee on price‑protected items: 3% of the minimum price, max $150 per item. Price protection restrictions: passenger vehicles must be <10 years old; heavy trucks/trailers <20 years; no items price‑protected under $500; auction may require absolute sale.
Storage Holding Fees

On December 20, 2024 JJ Kane acquired the assets of Tampa Machinery Auction. The TMA home page states the auction is now entirely absolute and that cash is no longer accepted while credit cards are accepted under JJ Kane terms. Some older TMA pages (FAQ/purchase terms) still state that credit/debit cards are not accepted—treat the home page and linked JJ Kane payment policy as most current. Bidding remains online via Proxibid; events and previews may be scheduled as timed, multi‑day closures rather than strictly the historical second‑Saturday format. The site does not mention transporter apps, gate passes, PINs, or appointment/virtual queue systems.
