Pickup Rules
Vehicles cannot be driven off Copart property for legal/liability reasons. Bring a truck/trailer or transporter. Authorize a transporter from your Payments Due page using “Send to Transporter.” Transporters must download the Copart Transportation App (exact name: “Copart Transportation”). As of Aug 19, 2023, a Gate Pass PIN (unique per vehicle) is required to schedule and pick up; PIN is provided to the member and sent to the transporter via email/app.
Third Party Process
Select the lot(s), assign a transporter (enter their email if new). They receive pickup instructions and the Gate Pass PIN. Transporter schedules an appointment in the Copart Transportation App, checks in on arrival, and Copart staff loads the vehicle. Copart is not responsible for damage caused by third-party transporters.
