Copart Delivery can be ordered from the Payments Due page; estimated price is shown during checkout. Typical timing: a few business days within 100 miles; up to ~2–3 weeks if farther. Titles can be delivered with the vehicle at no extra charge if a valid POA is on file.
Buyer Fee Details
Up to 3 days free including day of sale (online auction wins). Buy It Now purchases: up to 2 days including day of purchase. Weekends/holidays are charged unless they fall within the first 3 days for online bids or the first 2 days for Buy It Now purchases.

Storage Holding Fees

Who can Register
Anyone can register online for a Guest account, then purchase a Basic or Premier membership. Premier Membership ($249): one refundable $400 deposit enables up to $100,000/day in bids and multiple simultaneous bids. Membership type does not change licensing eligibility; you must meet the state licensing requirements where the vehicle is located. All members must upload a valid government‑issued ID; additional documents may be required depending on state and vehicle type. If you lack required licenses, Copart offers Broker options.

Cash: accepted for fees only and subject to limits; NOT accepted to purchase vehicles. Additional notes: In‑person payments incur a $20/vehicle surcharge and may have long wait times; card payments cannot be made over the phone; daily card limits are around $20,000. Personal and international checks are not accepted.

Pickup Rules

Yard staff move and load vehicles; for legal and safety reasons, vehicles cannot be driven off Copart property. Heavy and medium‑duty lots are self‑load only. Self Pickup Process
From Payments Due, select the vehicle(s) and Schedule Pickup. Mark yourself arrived in the Copart Transportation app. Yard staff will move the vehicle to the loading area and load it onto your truck/trailer. Titles may be picked up in person for a processing fee and may involve long waits; alternatively authorize mailing or delivery with POA.
