Self Pickup Process
After payment, go to Payments Due and select Schedule Pickup. You’ll receive a confirmation link by text ~2 hours before your appointment; use it to check into the Virtual Queue/Visitor Sign-In. On arrival, check in via the link/QR code or within the Copart Member or Copart Transportation app. Staff moves the vehicle to the loading area and assists as applicable. Titles can be picked up if marked Title Ready (service fee may apply at some locations). Vehicles cannot be driven off site.
