Pickup Rules

Gate Pass/PIN is used for pickup; members/transporter receive the vehicle’s Gate PIN and can use paperless gate passes. Titles may be picked up during vehicle pickup (service fee applies) or mailed.

Self Pickup Process
From Payments Due, select the vehicle(s) and tap Schedule Pickup. You’ll receive email/text alerts. Check in via the link (within ~1 mile of location) up to two hours before your appointment, or mark Arrived in the Transportation App. Yard staff stages and loads the vehicle. Title can be picked up at the same time (service fee) or mailed.
