Buyer Fee Details
Auto Auction Mall charges a flat fee of either $299 (for vehicle purchase prices below $3,500) or $349 (for vehicle purchase prices $3,500 and above), a $90 Documentation fee covering costs related to title transfer documentation and mailing, and a wire fee of either $35 (for domestic wires) or $40 (for international wires). Additionally, there are fees from the auction clearing house, including a sales fee based on the final purchase price of the car.

A complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau in April 2024 mentions that the business was temporarily suspending activities and later appeared to be closed. Additionally, the Yellow Pages listing for Auto Auction Mall in Miami is marked as 'CLOSED.' It is advisable to verify the current operational status of Auto Auction Mall before proceeding with any transactions.
Policies
・If you do not pay the invoice in full within 2 days from when you won/purchased the car, there will be late fees. The late fee is generally a one-time $50 or $100 charge (depending on the Auction Clearing House), which is charged if payment is not received 2 days following the date of purchase. If the vehicle is not paid for within 7 days from the date of purchase, the vehicle will be re-listed, your account will be suspended, and your security deposit will be forfeited to cover late fees and other costs incurred due to non-payment.
・For non-Florida residents, the original title for the vehicle will be delivered with the vehicle. For car listings with a 'title pending' status, the title will not be delivered with the vehicle. The Auction Clearing House states it should be in possession of the title within 30 days from the date of sale and will then send the title. Auto Auction Mall will courier the original title to you as soon as it is received from the Auction Clearing House.

Storage Holding Fees
If the vehicle is not paid for within 7 days from the date of purchase, the vehicle will be re-listed, your account will be suspended, and your security deposit will be forfeited to pay for the late fees and other costs and expenses incurred due to non-payment. Additionally, delayed pickup may result in storage charges of $25 (or higher on certain auctions) per day.
