When picking up from Copart facilities, transporters use Copart’s systems: the Copart Transportation app (for scheduling and paperless gate passes), and they receive a 4‑digit Gate PIN and lot details by email once assigned. Vehicles cannot be driven off the lot.
Third Party Process
After the vehicle is paid, arrange your transporter. At Copart yards, transporters schedule pickup and check in via the Copart Transportation app, join the queue, and present the Gate PIN. Yard staff moves the vehicle to the loading area. Damage liability for third-party transport rests with the transporter; Copart notes it is not responsible for third‑party transporter damage.
