Community auctions: every 2nd Saturday and 4th Wednesday (2nd Saturday closes at 9:30 AM; 4th Wednesday closes at 1:00 PM). Store Return auctions: every Sunday. Estate auctions: throughout the month. Weekly regional auctions also occur. Business is open Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–5:30 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (on 2nd Saturday auction days: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Prime Time uses Auctioneer Software for its online bidding (Online Login link points to primetime.auctioneersoftware.com; catalogs at primetimeauctions.bid). No dedicated buyer/transporter app, gate pass, PIN code, or virtual queue system is published. Titled vehicles incur title/document fees as specified. Pickup Rules
