Buyer Fee Details
Buyer fees vary based on the final sale price and bidding method. For example, for a final bid of $1,000, the live online bid fee is $85, and the proxy bid fee is $75. Additional fees include a $79 service fee per unit for vehicle handling, a $10 environmental fee per sold item, and a $20 title-handling fee on all vehicle purchases.

For offsite vehicle pickup, appointments are required. Call ahead to schedule. Driving directions: Travel west from Boise on Interstate 84 to Exit 42, go right on Ten Mile Rd. to Franklin Rd., make a right onto Franklin Rd. to Linder, make a left onto Linder, continue about 1/4 mile, turn left onto Marcon Ln., take Marcon Ln. to the end; it runs right into the branch.

・Vehicle preview is available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. local time the day before the scheduled auction.
・Domestic buyers have 2 business days (including the day of sale) to make payment by 5:00 p.m. branch local time. Late fees are $50.00 or 2% of the sale price, whichever is greater.

・Accepted methods include cash (in-person, up to $500/day), credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard only; public buyers up to $2,500/day, licensed buyers up to $20,000/day), PayPal, I-Pay (ACH for U.S. Licensed Business accounts), wire transfer, and account credit. Money orders and traveler's checks are not accepted after July 7, 2025. American Express is not accepted.
Pickup Rules
Vehicles can be picked up Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. MT. Branch yards close earlier than offices to allow extra time for pullout/loading. Vehicles can be picked up on sale day. For pickup status, call 877-272-6665. Transport drivers and towers must wear a highly visible safety vest on IAA property. IAA loaders are not permitted to lift items over 11,000 lbs; transporters must have appropriate equipment and qualifications.

Domestic and Foreign Buyers receive 4 free storage days (day of vehicle award plus 3 additional days). A storage fee of $50.00 per day applies thereafter.
