Auction Schedule
Auctions start at 10:00 AM Pacific on auction day. Preview is held only during auction week: Thursday and Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (hours may vary in winter) and Saturday 8:00 AM–9:30 AM before the auction. Upcoming auction dates are listed on the Events/Auctions page (e.g., Auto Auction on November 15, 2025).

Buyer Fee Details
Free until the Friday (within 5 business days) after the auction; $50/day storage starts after that.
Seller Fees
Flat run fee: $200 with a reserve OR $100 without a reserve OR $100 if the item does not sell. If item sells, the run fee is deducted from the consignor check. If reserve is not met, consignor may re-run the item in the following auction for another run fee or pay the run fee and pick up by the Friday following the auction. Consignor checks are available the Wednesday following the auction.
Storage Holding Fees
All items must be removed by Friday (within 5 business days) following the auction. Vehicles left beyond that accrue storage at $50 per day. Items left on-site longer than 90 days are forfeited to PFAA and buyer remains responsible for $50/day storage.
Who can Register
Open to the public and dealers; must be 18+ to bid. Dealers must provide dealer license and reseller permit. Registration methods: In-person check-in at the front desk (provide valid ID and sign bidder terms) and online via HiBid (create account, enter accurate personal details and a payment card). No separate bidder deposit is stated; 25% of the invoice total is due on auction day and remaining balance by Monday. Phone or email bids are not accepted.

Pickup Rules
Items must be paid in full before removal. Items purchased by check are not considered paid until the check clears. All items must be removed by Friday (within 5 business days) after the auction; storage fees apply thereafter. Out-of-state bidders do not need to be onsite to complete paperwork but must submit a notarized, VIN-specific Power of Attorney and a copy of driver’s license before any release; items cannot be removed until this is completed. If you cannot complete paperwork in person, a notarized VIN-specific Power of Attorney is required and transport must arrive no later than the Friday after the auction.

Children 14 and under are not allowed out on the lot or in the bidding area (insurance/safety).; Bids are final; all vehicles sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties expressed or implied.; Bid increments follow a posted schedule; if no pre-bids exist, lots start at $300; lots are numbered starting at 101 and run in numerical order.

Third Party Requirements
All paperwork and payment must be completed before release. If the buyer cannot be present (especially out-of-state), a notarized, VIN-specific Power of Attorney and a copy of the buyer’s driver’s license are required before PFAA will release the vehicle to transport. Transport should arrive no later than Friday following the auction.
