Transporters use the “IAA Tow” app to receive/accept dispatches and manage pickups; transporters can register at a branch. AuctionNow is the digital bidding platform with automated countdown and time‑extension; buyers must bid from their own device (no branch kiosks). Raleigh’s branch page shows the weekly schedule (Wed 9:30 a.m. ET). Some IAA pages show auction times in CDT in event lists; rely on the branch’s local time listed in Branch Notes.
