Apps and who needs them: Buyers use the Copart - Online Auto Auctions (Member) App to search, bid, join live auctions, manage payments, and set alerts; transporters (and buyers doing self-pickup) must use the Copart Transportation App to schedule, check in (Virtual Queue), and obtain paperless gate passes. Appointment and queueing: Confirmation text with link is sent ~2 hours before pickup; you can also scan a QR code at the location to check in. Title services: optional in-person title pickup incurs a per-title fee; mailing available for a fee with Limited POA on file. Storage fee dollar amounts are location-specific and not posted publicly for Lumberton; check the location page when logged in or contact the yard.
Pickup Rules
Pickup must be scheduled. For self-pickup or your own transporter, download and use the Copart Transportation App (required to schedule pickup, check in, and obtain paperless gate pass/PIN). Arrive on time and mark arrival in the app; staff will move the vehicle to the loading area and load it onto your truck/trailer. Assign transporter from the Payments Due page (enter their email). The transporter must download the Copart Transportation App and will receive a Gate Pass PIN with pickup instructions. Paperless gate passes supported.
Third Party Process
Member selects Send to Transporter; transporter schedules appointment in the app, checks in on arrival, and completes pickup. Copart is not responsible for transporter damages/fees.
