Rules and Notes
Extended Notes
Storage fee table on the location page lists rates effective 1/7/2019; verify current rates with the yard. Title handling fee for in‑person pickup is inconsistently referenced across Copart materials: a Copart knowledgebase page mentions $30 per title, while other official sources cite a $20 handling fee and recommend mailed titles; confirm at pickup. The Copart Transportation App explicitly supports scheduling, entering the office queue, check‑in on arrival, and paperless gate passes; buyers doing self‑pickup should install it. Cashier’s Checks are no longer accepted at Copart effective May 5, 2025. Driving vehicles off the lot is not permitted for legal/safety reasons—plan appropriate towing/transport.
Pickup Rules
After full payment, arrange removal promptly to avoid storage fees. Options: Copart Delivery, self‑pickup, or third‑party transporter. For self‑pickup and third‑party, use the Copart Transportation App to schedule an appointment and check in on arrival; you’ll receive/use a paperless gate pass in the app. On arrival, mark yourself as arrived in the app; Copart staff will move the vehicle to the loading area and load it onto your truck/trailer (cannot drive vehicles off the lot). Safety vests and closed‑toe shoes required on site. Titles can be mailed (preferred) or picked up in person for a handling/service fee.
