Buyer Fee Details
Buyer fees vary based on the final bid amount and bidding method. For example, for a final bid between $100 and $499.99, the Proxy Bid Fee is $39.00, and the Live Online Bid Fee is $49.00. Additional fees include a Service Fee of $95 per unit and an Environmental Fee of $15 per unit.

The IAA Portland West branch includes large indoor bay space to accommodate the area's frequent inclement weather and provides additional acreage and storage space in anticipation of acute inventory increases due to severe weather events.
Policies
・Vehicle preview is available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. local time the day before the scheduled auction.
・Payments are due by 5:00 PM branch local time on the payment due date. Late fees are $50.00 or 2% of the sale price, whichever is greater.

・Accepted methods include cash (up to $500 per day per branch), cashier’s checks, certified checks, traveler’s checks, wire transfers, and account credits. Starting June 1, 2024, USPS money orders are no longer accepted.
Pickup Rules
Vehicles can be picked up on sale day. For the pickup status of a purchased vehicle, buyers should call 877-272-6665. Transport drivers and towers are required to wear a highly visible safety vest anytime on IAA property. IAA loaders are not permitted to lift anything greater than 11,000 lbs. Transporters must have the correct equipment and qualifications and acknowledge they are solely responsible for loading these items.

Buyers have four days (including the day of the sale) to pick up vehicles. After this period, a storage fee of $50 per day applies.
