Apps and who needs them: 1) Copart - Online Auto Auctions (aka Copart Member App) — for buyers to search, bid (pre-bid + live), pay, and receive auction notifications. 2) Copart Transportation App — required for transporters AND for members performing self-pickup; used to book pickup appointments, check in on arrival, enter the office queue, and present a paperless gate pass/4-digit Gate PIN; also confirms pickup/delivery. 3) Copart GO and Copart Seller App — for sellers only (listing and managing assignments), not needed for buyers or transporters. Gate authorization/PIN: When you assign a transporter, they receive an email with the lot number and a 4-digit Gate PIN; drivers present that PIN at pickup. Check-in/virtual queue: On approach (about a mile out), members receive a text to check in up to two hours before the appointment; the Transportation App also lets drivers join the office queue. Delivery timing: within ~100 miles, vehicles typically arrive in a few business days; longer distances often 2–3 weeks. Title handling: with a Limited POA on file, titles can ship with vehicles at no extra charge via Copart Delivery; otherwise mailed (fees listed) or picked up in person (handling fee). Title pickup handling fees are referenced as $20 in current Member Fees/Title pages, though some older help articles still mention $30 — verify with the yard if needed. Payment methods: Copart supports wire, debit/credit, wallets (PayPal/Apple Pay/Google Pay), MoneyGram (Receiver Code 17170), Western Union Quick Collect, cash at most locations (limits may apply), company checks for approved business buyers, and third‑party financing ($69 admin fee). Card payments are not accepted by phone. Auction access: 100% online via website and Member App (VB3 platform: Pre-Bid + Live Bid, with Buy It Now and Make Offer on select lots).

After full payment, schedule pickup in the Copart Transportation App. Arrive on time and check in (mark Arrived in the app; yards may also text a check-in link when you are within ~1 mile). Vehicles cannot be driven off Copart property (must be trailered/towed). Copart staff moves vehicles to loading area and assists with loading. Title can be mailed (with LPOA) or picked up in person (handling fee applies).
