Auction Schedule
Auctions are held online only on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month. Preview days are the Thursday and Friday before each auction from 8am to 4pm MST.
Buyer Fee Details
Buyer's Premium: 10% for Pima County assets. Non-refundable admin fees vary by auction type: Passenger Vehicle Auction Admin Fee: $149; NonRunning/Stationary Vehicle Auction Admin Fee: $99 for $0-$1,999, $149 for $2,000 & above; Toys (Boats, RVs, Motorcycles, Golf Carts) Auction Admin Fee: $99 for $500-$999, $149 for $1,000 & above; Heavy Equipment & Commercial Truck Auction Admin Fee: $99 for $500-$999, $149 for $1,000 & above. Additional fees: Online Bidding Fee: 2% per lot (min. $50); Credit/Debit Card Payments: 3% of total invoice price; Late Payment Fee: 3% of the remaining invoice balance per day after 3:00 pm on the date payment is due.
