Auction Schedule
Sales are held every Friday. Inoperable vehicles (Inops) start at 8:30 AM, and all other lanes begin at 9:00 AM.
Buyer Fee Details
Public buyers are subject to a 10% buyer's fee or a minimum of $195.00, whichever is greater. An additional $55.00 documentation fee applies to the final sale price.

Policies
・All vehicles sold to the general public are sold 'AS IS' under the 'RED LIGHT' policy, meaning they cannot be rejected for any reason.
・Paperwork will only be issued in the name of the registered buyer, with no exceptions.
・Anyone caught removing any item from a vehicle will be asked to leave without a refund of their deposit and will be banned from all future auctions.

・Accepted payment methods include cash, cashier's check, and wire transfer. Floor plans and business checks must be pre-approved through the auction. Payment is due by the close of business on the sale day. A $125.00 late fee applies to each vehicle not paid for by the close of business on the sale day.
Pickup Rules
Vehicles must be paid for and picked up by 5:00 PM on the day of sale. If payment is not received in full, the auction reserves the right to re-sell any unpaid vehicle one week after the day of sale. A $20.00 per day storage fee applies to vehicles left on the lot after the close of business on Friday.

Who can Register
Public individuals aged 18 or older can register by presenting a valid driver's license or state picture ID and paying a $500.00 deposit. This deposit is applied toward the purchase if a vehicle is bought or refunded if no purchase is made. Dealers can register by completing the registration packet available on the website and submitting it via fax or mail.
