Auction Type
The auction offers various formats, including live in-person auctions, live simulcast internet sales, bi-monthly utility and equipment sales, and bi-weekly damage sales.
Auction Format
The auction provides live bidding in the lanes and live simulcast internet sales, allowing dealers to participate remotely with live streaming video and audio of the lanes.
Auction Schedule
Weekly auctions are held every Monday starting at 9:00 AM EDT. Inoperable vehicles (Inops) begin at 9:00 AM, followed by dealer units. Enterprise Wrecks also start at 9:00 AM. The sale features over 1,100 vehicles from national fleet companies, local dealers, and new car franchises.
Buyer Fee Details
A $95.00 late fee is applied to each vehicle not paid for by the close of business on sale day. For online purchases, a $75.00 internet fee is attached to each vehicle sold online. Additionally, all green light vehicles that are eligible will go through a Post Sale Inspection (PSI) for $129.00 plus tax.

Policies
・Vehicles sold for $2,000.00 or less are considered 'As-Is' sales regardless of the light under which they were run. Exceptions include if not announced: R-title, previous salvage history, salvage, flood, or odometer issues.
・All titles and ownership papers on sold cars must be processed through the office. Assignable titles do not accompany cars and may require up to twenty-one (21) days for the auction to receive the title.
・Bringing retail customers to the auction is strictly prohibited and will result in revoked buying privileges.
Payment Methods

・Accepted payment methods include cash, cashier's checks, and wire transfers. Floor plans and business checks must be preapproved through the auction. Payment is due by the close of business on sale day.
Pickup Rules
All purchased units must be paid for and removed within 10 working days. On-site payments are accepted on specified dates between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. The last day for payment and pickup is specified in the auction details.
Seller Fees
Low selling fees are offered, with inexpensive transportation available through the auction's own fleet of haulers.
Storage Holding Fees
Storage fees will occur on vehicles left on the lot.
Who can Register
This sale is for licensed and registered dealers only. Registration is handled Tuesday through Thursday for the upcoming Monday's sale. Registration packets received Friday through Monday will be processed for the following sale date. Interested dealers can download the registration packet from the website and submit it via fax or mail.
