How do I register as a carrier with Auto Hauler Exchange?

When will I get paid?

After you have delivered a load, you can reach out to accounting@autohaulerx.com for payment status.

How will I be paid?

We pay carriers via ACH or check in 30 days for no fee. We can pay in 2 days via ACH for a 5% fee. Your preferred payment speed is chosen when filling out our carrier packet.

Why can’t a book a load on the Exchange?

Check that there isn’t already a load in your cart. Only one load can be checked out at a time.

Where do I send BOLs/PODs to?

They can be uploaded in the Exchange under the “My Orders” section or emailed to accounting@autohaulerx.com

Do carriers have to use any apps?

MacroPoint must be used to track your loads. Failure to track each load will result in a $50 fee.

Where is the gate pass / release form for this load?

Gate passes / release forms will be in your Tender Offer email that you receive after you book the load.

What are the Auto Hauler Exchange support hours?
