Open to the public. To bid (online or in person) you must register and provide a valid picture ID and a cash deposit. Deposit: minimum $500 cash to obtain a paddle number (covers 1 car); $1,000 cash deposit to bid on 2+ cars. Registration can be started online via the “Sign Up” link (LiveAuctionWorld). Dealer-specific registration is available and requires: OAA application, signed buyer agreement, dealer license, seller’s permit/resale card, dealer bond, two forms of ID, and a $125 annual registration fee.

The OAA homepage explicitly states “Bid In-Person or Online.” No mobile app, transporter app, gate pass, PIN code, virtual queue, or appointment/check-in system is published on the OAA site. Pickup Rules
