Orland Public Auto Auction

The auction offers daily sales of smogged vehicles and monthly proxy bid/absentee bid auctions for salvaged running and non-running vehicles.

The auction utilizes live bidding for smogged vehicles and proxy/absentee bidding for salvaged vehicles.

Smogged vehicles are sold daily, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Salvaged running and non-running vehicles are auctioned during the second week of each month on a proxy bid/absentee bid basis.

A 15% buyer's premium is applied to all vehicles. Additional fees include a $65.00 document fee, a $58.00 smog fee (if applicable), license fees determined individually per vehicle, DMV fees determined individually per vehicle, and taxes determined by the buyer's city of residence.

The auction offers a variety of vehicles, including motorcycles, boats, and RVs. For online auctions, registration must be completed online, and all terms and conditions apply to each auction.

Purchased vehicles must be paid in full within 48 hours and picked up within 7 days after the auction has closed. A paid-in-full receipt must be presented at the time of pick up. If the vehicle is not picked up within 7 days, a $25.00 additional fee will be added per day.

To register for smogged vehicles, individuals must be 18 years old with a valid ID, driver's license, or passport with a California mailing address. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase; financing is not offered. For salvaged vehicles, registration requires being 18 years old, possessing a valid ID or driver's license with a California mailing address, and a $200.00 cash deposit, refundable if no vehicle is purchased.
