IAA Transport offers door‑to‑door delivery within the continental U.S. and to select international destinations. Buyers can calculate quotes online, pay with their vehicle purchase, and receive status updates. For ports not supported internationally, a dock receipt must be provided. ‘Auto Tow’ can automate local deliveries to a preset drop location within a branch’s local service territory.

Individuals (public) and Licensed Business Buyers can register online; public buyers may only bid on vehicles/branches open to the public per state rules. Registration fee: $200 at sign‑up (credit/debit card). Documents required include government‑issued ID and, for business buyers, applicable licenses and tax forms.
