Pickup Rules
Payment in full required before pickup. Appointments are required for vehicle pickup. Use the vehicle’s Gate Pass PIN (assigned per lot) to schedule. Check in via Virtual Queue when near the location. Vehicles may not be driven off Copart property; bring appropriate transport (truck/trailer). Copart staff will move vehicles to the loading area and load them. Safety rules apply on site: safety vest and closed-toe shoes required; no pets in storage area; minors must be accompanied by an adult; tools/diagnostic devices are not allowed in the yard. Title pick-up at the yard is available for a $20 service fee (or titles can be mailed with LPOA on file).

Authorize your transporter via Payments Due > Send to Transporter (enter transporter’s email). The transporter must use the Copart Transportation App and will receive the lot details plus a Gate Pass PIN to book the appointment and check in.
Third Party Process
Assign lots to your transporter in your account. Transporter receives email/app notification with PIN, schedules pickup in the Copart Transportation App, checks in on arrival, and completes pickup. Copart is not responsible for damage by third-party transporters.

Self Pickup Process
From Payments Due, select the vehicle(s) and choose Schedule Pickup. You’ll receive a reminder text with a check-in link about two hours before your appointment. On arrival, check in to the Virtual Queue (link/app/QR). Staff brings vehicle to loading area and loads it onto your truck or trailer.
