Auctions are held every other Saturday at 10:00 AM Central Time.

Buyer fees are 10% plus a $25 administration fee.
Extended Notes
HammerDown Auctions offers public consignments, dealer trade-ins, repossessions, and US Marshal Service seizures. Vehicle previews and key check-out are permitted from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the Friday before the auction.
Policies
・All vehicles are sold AS-IS. Titles are not given on auction day; the seller has up to 30 days to provide a title, in accordance with Nebraska state law.

・Accepted methods: cash, cashier's checks, wire transfers, and credit cards (for deposit amounts only, with a minimum of $5 or 5% surcharge).
Pickup Rules
Vehicles must be removed from the auction property no later than the Tuesday following the sale. If you are unable to remove the vehicle by that Tuesday, please make arrangements with a HammerDown staff member.
Seller Fees
A 10% commission rate applies to all vehicles and memorabilia. Minimum commission on vehicles is $300. Memorabilia no-sale fee is $25 per item.

Who can Register
Open to the public and dealers. Registration requires a government-issued picture ID and a signed Buyers Terms and Conditions form. Online bidding is available through Proxibid, requiring separate registration.
