EBlock can arrange transportation as a broker for a fee shown at checkout; delivery times are estimates only and claims are between carrier and buyer. If buyer purchases with automatic payment or cash, EBlock may automatically transport the vehicle to the nearest compound/logistic center at buyer’s expense and notify buyer when ready for pickup.

Seller Fees
Specified penalties and charges include: (1) Double sale/cancellation by seller: $500 cancellation fee to seller; buyer receives $400 compensation; seller may also be responsible for fees that would have been due if vehicle had sold on the platform. (2) Late title fees: $75 late title fee once title exceeds 30 days (45 days for California); an additional $75 charged every 30 days thereafter; sales may be canceled if titles are beyond 45 days (CA) or 30 days (other states). (3) If a seller leaves a vehicle at the compound/auction >15 days, EBlock will ship the vehicle to the seller’s address on file at seller’s cost.
Storage Holding Fees
Buyer must collect vehicles from the compound within 2 business days of sale or delivery to compound; after that, a $25 per day late pick-up fee applies. If pickup is not arranged within 5 business days, EBlock may transport the vehicle to the nearest compound and/or the buyer’s lot at buyer’s expense, and may resell at current market value if buyer does not pay/pick up (buyer responsible for bid difference).

Dealer-only (wholesale). All users must hold a valid dealer/salesperson license in their respective state. Registration is online via the site/app. Until a dealer application is processed and approved, purchases must be paid with certified funds; checks/ACH may be allowed after approval.
