Online only via Copart.com and the Copart Mobile App (no in-person bidding). Members can place pre-bids (Max Bid) and participate in real-time Live Bidding during auctions.

Apps and who should download them: 1) Copart Mobile App (for Members/buyers) to search, bid, pay, and manage account; also includes Visitor Sign-In access. 2) Copart Transportation App (for transporters and buyers who self-pick up) to schedule pickups, check in on arrival, manage gate passes, and complete paperless pickup workflows. Appointment scheduling/queueing: Appointment is required for pickups at York Haven; check-in is done via Visitor Sign-In (web link, Member App, or Transportation App) and you will receive a text when staff are ready. Gate credentials: When you assign a third‑party transporter, they receive a Gate PIN by email along with app/download and check-in instructions. Driving restrictions: Copart prohibits driving vehicles off the lot; bring proper transport (truck/trailer). Lane mix at this location includes run-and-drive, rental, motorcycles, boats/marine, heavy equipment, RVs, salvage and other goods, per the posted lane description on the York Haven page.

Vehicles cannot be driven off Copart property for legal/liability reasons; bring appropriate truck/trailer. Copart staff will move vehicles to the loading area and load them onto your transporter. Buyer must schedule a pickup appointment (Copart Transportation App or Visitor Sign-In), bring a valid photo ID, and use appropriate transport equipment; vehicles may not be driven off-site. Title pick-up at the location is optional and may incur a per-title processing fee (see Member Fees).

1) Pay invoice. 2) Schedule pickup in the Copart Transportation App (or Visitor Sign-In). 3) On the day of pickup, check-in to the Virtual Queue via text link or location QR code. 4) Present ID and follow staff instructions; Copart will stage and load the vehicle. 5) If needed, pick up title at the office (processing fee applies) or arrange title mailing.
