Pickup Rules

Assign transporter from the Payments Due page using Send to Transporter. The transporter must download the EXACT app name: Copart Transportation App. A unique Gate Pass PIN and lot number are required to schedule and pick up. Transporter must book an appointment and check in on arrival via the app.
Third Party Process
Enter the transporter’s email; they receive instructions, the lot details, and the 4‑digit Gate Pass PIN by email. The driver adds the lot and PIN in the Copart Transportation App, schedules an appointment, checks in on arrival, and Copart loads the vehicle. Copart is not responsible for damage by third‑party transporters.
