Pickup Rules
Must arrange pickup quickly to avoid storage fees. You can: (a) order Copart Delivery at checkout; (b) send to a third-party transporter using Assign to Transporter from Payments Due; or (c) pick up yourself. For self-pickup or transporters, schedule an appointment and check in via the Copart Transportation App/Virtual Queue. Transporters receive an email with a link to download the Copart Transportation App and a Gate PIN. Upon arrival, mark 'arrived' in the app/Virtual Queue; Copart staff will move and load vehicles. Driving vehicles off the lot is not permitted for legal and safety reasons.

From Payments Due, select the vehicle(s) and click Send/Assign to Transporter; enter the transporter’s email the first time. Transporter must use the Copart Transportation App and present the Gate PIN received by email. Transporters schedule appointments and check in via the app.

Buyer assigns vehicle(s) to transporter via Payments Due. Transporter receives an email with app download instructions and a Gate PIN, books an appointment, checks in digitally on arrival, and Copart staff loads the vehicle. Copart is not responsible for third‑party transporter damage or their fees.
