Pickup Rules
Must arrange pickup quickly to avoid storage fees. You can: (a) order Copart Delivery at checkout; (b) send to a third-party transporter using Assign to Transporter from Payments Due; or (c) pick up yourself. For self-pickup or transporters, schedule an appointment and check in via the Copart Transportation App/Virtual Queue. Transporters receive an email with a link to download the Copart Transportation App and a Gate PIN. Upon arrival, mark 'arrived' in the app/Virtual Queue; Copart staff will move and load vehicles. Driving vehicles off the lot is not permitted for legal and safety reasons.
