Pickup Rules

For self‑pickup or transporter pickup, schedule an appointment, arrive on time, and check in to the Virtual Queue via the text link sent before your appointment or the QR code at the location. Each vehicle has a Gate Pass PIN that is required to schedule and pick up. Copart staff will stage and load the vehicle.
