Pickup Rules
You cannot drive vehicles off Copart property (legal/liability). To self-pickup, schedule an appointment (Transportation App/Payments Due > Schedule Pickup), check into the Virtual Queue via the SMS link sent before your appointment or scan the QR code at the location, then mark ‘Arrived’ on-site. Copart staff moves the vehicle to the loading area and assists loading onto your truck/trailer. Title pickup at the yard incurs a service fee (see fees).

Third Party Process
Transporter uses the Transportation App to book an appointment, check in on arrival, and present the Gate PIN. Copart moves the vehicle to the loading area. Copart is not responsible for third-party transporter damage or fees. If you want the title sent with the vehicle, upload a Limited Power of Attorney and use Copart’s title mailing options.

Self Pickup Process
