Transporters—and buyers performing self‑pickup—must use the “Copart Transportation” app to schedule, check in, and present digital gate passes. Visitor Sign‑In is accessible via QR code at the yard entrance, the Member app, the Transportation app, or visitor-sign-in.copart.com to join a virtual queue and receive text notifications. Payment policy highlights include in‑person payment surcharges and daily card limits; Cashier’s Checks are no longer accepted as of May 5, 2025. After full payment, schedule a pickup appointment. Use the Gate Pass PIN assigned to each lot. Check in on arrival (Visitor Sign-In or via link sent by text) to enter the virtual queue. Vehicles cannot be driven off Copart property for legal/safety reasons—you must bring a truck/trailer or use a transporter. From Payments Due, select the vehicles and choose Schedule Pickup. You’ll receive a text about two hours before your appointment with a link to check into the Virtual Queue. On arrival, check in and Copart will move the vehicle to the loading area and load it. Titles can be picked up on-site (title service fee applies) or mailed.
