Apps and who uses them: Buyers/Members use ‘Copart - Online Auto Auctions’ app to search, bid, pay, view Gate Pass PIN and schedule pickup. Transporters use the ‘Copart Transportation’ app (tow providers/transporters) to acknowledge trips, schedule appointments, enter the office queue, and obtain paperless gate passes. Visitor Sign‑In can be accessed via the Member app or the Transportation app to reserve a place in the virtual queue. Timing note: Copart’s site may display upcoming auction times in various time zones (e.g., CDT/PDT) on sale list widgets; the Casper location states its local sale time as 12:00 PM America/Denver—verify the live sale time on the location page or the sale list on auction day. Payments: In-person payments may incur a $20 per-vehicle surcharge and long wait times; Copart recommends secure electronic payments. Pickup Rules
