Copart Delivery can be ordered from the Payments Due page; an estimate is shown at checkout. Typical timing: within 100 miles, vehicles arrive in a few business days; up to ~3 weeks if farther. Storage fees are waived for automatic delivery accounts per Terms (gate fees may still apply for international).
Buyer Fee Details
3 business days including day of sale for online bids; Buy It Now: free for first 2 business days. Storage charged on weekends/holidays except when they fall within the initial free window detailed above.
Seller Fees
For Copart GO App offsite listings: 3% of sale price, $100 minimum, $300 maximum; no sign-up/subscription/listing fees. Other general seller fee schedules for in-yard consignment are not publicly specified on site.
Storage Holding Fees
Free storage for 3 business days for online bids (day of sale = day 1). Buy It Now: free for first 2 business days; $5 starts on day 3. After free period, daily charges escalate: Day 4 $5; Day 5 $10; Day 6 $15; Day 7 $20; Day 8 $25; Day 9 $25; Day 10+ $30. Who can Register
Registration is online. Membership types: Guest (free), Basic ($99/yr), Premier ($249/yr). Deposits/Buying Power: Basic can bid up to $2,000 without a deposit; otherwise deposit = 10% of desired total bids. Premier makes one $400 refundable deposit to bid up to $100,000/day and on multiple vehicles simultaneously. All members must submit a valid government-issued photo ID. Licensing: In California, individuals buying for personal use require a Broker for most clean/salvage-titled vehicles; dealers/dismantlers/general businesses/exporters must submit operational and sales tax licenses; public can buy "No License Required" inventory. Documents are uploaded via Document Uploader; verification typically 1 business day.

Pickup Rules
Pay within 3 business days to avoid $50 late fee and pick up within 3 business days to avoid storage (Hayward schedule shown). Schedule pickup in the Copart Transportation App (required for self-pickup and third-party transport). Two hours before your appointment you’ll receive a text with a link to check into the Virtual Queue, or you can scan a QR code at the entrance; mark yourself as arrived in the app. Copart staff moves vehicle to the loading area; for safety/liability reasons you cannot drive vehicles off the lot. Title can be picked up when status is “Title Ready to be Mailed” (a service fee applies; see Extended Notes).

Self Pickup Process
From Payments Due, select the vehicle(s) and Schedule Pickup. Two hours before the appointment, use the texted link to check into the Virtual Queue or scan the entrance QR code. On arrival, mark yourself as arrived in the Transportation App; staff moves the vehicle to loading area and assists with loading. Collect title if status shows ready and you opt to pick up at location.
