Apps and who needs them: 1) Copart Member App (iOS: 'Copart - Online Auto Auctions'): for buyers to search, bid, pay, join live auctions, view payment due, receive alerts, and access virtual queue; 2) Copart Transportation App (iOS: 'Copart Transportation'): required for transporters and for buyers doing self‑pickup to schedule appointments, check in on arrival, and obtain paperless gate passes; 3) Copart Seller App (iOS: 'Copart - Seller Mobile'): for sellers/adjusters; 4) Copart GO (iOS: 'Copart GO'): for dealers/sellers to list vehicles off‑site. Gate Pass PIN: As of Aug 19, 2023, a Gate Pass PIN plus Lot # is required to schedule pickup; buyers can find the PIN on the Payments Due page and in win emails; transporters receive the PIN by email when assigned. Virtual Queue: scan the on‑site barcode or use the Member App near the location to hold your place and get text notifications. Payments: Cards cannot be taken over the phone; in‑person payments may incur a $20/vehicle surcharge; personal checks not accepted; cashier’s checks discontinued effective May 5, 2025; limited cash accepted for fees only (up to ~$600). Vehicles cannot be driven off Copart property for legal/safety reasons—bring a truck/trailer or use transport. Schedule a pickup appointment using the Copart Transportation App, arrive on time, and mark arrival in the app; Copart staff move the vehicle to loading and assist loading. Titles can be picked up on site for a handling fee (per title) with potential wait times. Gate Pass PIN is required to schedule/carry out pickup (PIN provided in Payments Due and pickup emails). Virtual Queue is available at locations to wait in your vehicle and get notified by text when it’s your turn.
