Auction Delivery Details
Copart Delivery (domestic shipping) can deliver to most street addresses in the continental U.S. Members who purchase domestic transport through Copart are not charged additional storage fees. Typical pickup within ~6 business days after transport payment; delivery a few business days within ~100 miles and up to 2–3 weeks farther away. Titles can be mailed with vehicle if Limited Power of Attorney is on file.
Buyer Fee Details
Generally up to 3 business days including the day of sale, but Antelope’s posted schedule shows: Online Bids—Days 1–3 free; Buy It Now—Days 1–2 free; storage begins thereafter per daily schedule.
Seller Fees
General Copart seller fee schedule is not publicly listed. However, for dealers using the Copart GO App, Copart states: 3% of sale price, $100 minimum, $300 maximum per vehicle sold via GO App. Other seller-related fees not specified on public pages.
Storage Holding Fees
Location page shows graduated storage fees and different free-storage windows for Online Bids vs Buy It Now: Day 1 (day of sale) FREE (both); Day 2 FREE (both); Day 3 FREE for Online Bids, $5 for Buy It Now; Day 4 $5; Day 5 $10; Day 6 $15; Day 7 $20; Day 8 $25; Day 9 $25; Day 10+ $30 per day. Who can Register
Registration is online. Memberships: Guest (free, browse/limited functions), Basic ($99/year), Premier ($249/year). Deposits/Buying Power: Basic can bid up to $2,000 without a deposit; above that requires a 10% deposit of desired Buying Power. Premier requires a one-time $400 refundable deposit and allows up to $100,000/day in bids. All members must upload a valid government-issued ID; additional licensing may be required based on the vehicle’s state/title type. In California, individuals (without business licenses) must use a Broker to bid on clean or salvage title vehicles; dealers/dismantlers/businesses/exporters must provide appropriate CA operational license and sales tax permits.

Accepted: Wire transfer; Debit cards (online and in-location; approx. $20,000/day limit; payer must match account holder); Credit cards (online and corporate cards in-location; approx. $20,000/day limit; payer must match account holder); Wallet apps (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal) for lots, fees, memberships; MoneyGram (Receiver Code 17170) and Western Union (in-person agent payments; not Walmart electronic remittances); Company checks (domestic business buyers only, with prior approval). Cash: most locations accept limited cash for fees only, up to $600. Not accepted/limitations: Personal or international checks not accepted; card payments cannot be made over the phone; in-person payments at Copart locations incur a $20 per-vehicle surcharge.

Pickup Rules
Vehicles cannot be driven off Copart property (must be trailered/towed). Appointments are required for pickup. Use the Gate Pass PIN with lot number to schedule. Check in via Visitor Sign-In or Transportation App upon arrival. Copart staff will move the vehicle to the loading area and assist loading; heavy/medium-duty lots are self-load only. Arrange payment and pickup within 3 business days (location-specific storage schedule applies).

Third Party Process
Member assigns lot(s) to transporter; transporter receives email with download link for the Copart Transportation App plus 4‑digit Gate Pass PIN and instructions; transporter schedules pickup in the app, checks in on arrival, and Copart stages the vehicle for loading. Copart is not responsible for third‑party transporter damage or their fees.

Self Pickup Process
From Payments Due, select vehicles and choose Schedule Pickup; appointment is required. On approach (within about 1 mile), complete check-in via text link and/or use Visitor Sign-In. Upon arrival, mark yourself as arrived; staff will stage the vehicle for loading. Heavy/medium duty lots are self-load only.
