Structured Hours in the Auto Hauler Exchange Uploader
What Are Structured Hours?
The new Structured Hours feature in Auto Hauler Exchange makes it easier and faster to enter shipment details when posting a load. Instead of manually typing in pickup and delivery hours, the uploader will now automatically pull business hours for each location based on the address you enter.
This data comes directly from Google, helping improve shipment accuracy and reducing the chance of failed pickups caused by incomplete or incorrect operating hours.
How It Works
- Enter the Pickup or Delivery Address
- As soon as you add an address into the uploader, the system will search Google’s database for that location.

- Automatic Hours Population
- The uploader will auto-fill business hours for that location (e.g., 9 AM – 6 PM, Mon–Sat).

- Review & Edit
- The pre-filled hours are fully editable. If the information pulled is inaccurate, outdated, or you need to customize hours for your shipment, you can adjust them directly in the uploader.
