Buyer Fee Details
All sales will include a key fee, tax, and administration fee. An administration fee of $35.47 will be added to each transaction. Every vehicle sold with a key will have a key fee added to the charges, new or used. Please check the Auction list for the rates on key fees.

Deposits may be paid via Zelle to the number: 702-677-0792 (Name is Mai Niv Enterprise). Zelle deposits will be refunded per request, and must include the phone number and name of the account. You may request the Zelle refund via text to 702-677-0792.

・All vehicles are sold AS IS with no warranties, refunds, or exchanges.
・Deposits are refundable if no vehicle is purchased; refunds processed after the auction.
・Winning the bid does not guarantee the vehicle is yours; paperwork verification is required.

Pickup Rules
Vehicles must be picked up and paid for by 5PM the following business day after the auction. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the vehicle and deposit. Contact the Main Office to make payment arrangements and schedule pickup at (702) 795-1700.

Who can Register
Open to the public; no special license needed. Registration requires a $300 deposit, refundable if no vehicle is purchased. Deposits can be paid via Zelle to 702-677-0792 (Mai Niv Enterprise) or in cash at 3823 Losee Rd, N. Las Vegas, NV 89030.
