Buyer Fee Details
Copart's fees are based on a percentage of the final price of the vehicle purchased. Members also pay a Virtual Bidding Fee based on the final sales price, never more than $149. A $79 Gate Fee is charged to all purchases when vehicles are picked up. An Environmental Fee of $10 is applied to each item sold.

Copart offers fee discounts to Members who meet certain conditions, such as paying with secured payment methods or purchasing 25 cars a year and/or spending $75,000 a year with Copart.
Policies
・A $20 per vehicle charge is levied on all in-person cash and other payment methods. Use an electronic payment method to avoid this fee.
・If the vehicle amount and all applicable fees aren’t paid within 3 business days, including the day of the auction, a $50 per vehicle late payment fee is charged.
・If a vehicle isn’t paid in full within 8 calendar days, including the day of the auction, the vehicle will be relisted, and the original high bidder will be charged a Relist Fee of 10% of the price of the vehicle with a minimum fee of $600.
