Individuals and businesses can register online. Basic ($99 USD) and Premier ($249 USD) memberships available. Basic Members can bid up to $2,000 without a deposit and more with a refundable deposit; Premier requires a $400 refundable deposit and allows higher daily bidding power. Missouri licensing: Individuals may purchase boats/jet skis/snowmobiles and clean-titled items directly; a Broker is required for salvage-titled items. Dealers/dismantlers need an operational license and Missouri Retail Sales License (or Form 149 exemption).

Accepted: Secure electronic methods (ePay/ACH, debit card, wire transfer, MoneyGram Express, Western Union Quick Collect, available funds), non-secure methods (credit cards, wallet apps like Apple Pay/Google Pay/PayPal), and in-person physical payments (cash; company check for approved business buyers). Limits/notes: Card purchases generally limited to about $20,000/day; card payments cannot be made over the phone; in-person payments may incur a $20 per-vehicle surcharge. Title mailing requires Limited Power of Attorney on file.

Pickup Rules
Appointment required for pickup. Use the vehicle’s Gate Pass PIN and schedule via Visitor Sign-In or the Copart Transportation App. On arrival, check in (virtual queue/Visitor Sign-In), wait for text notification, and Copart staff will move the vehicle to the loading area. Vehicles may not be driven off Copart property; bring proper transport (truck/trailer). Safety rules apply (safety vest and closed-toe shoes required). Copart is not responsible for damage caused by third-party transporters.

Gate Pass PIN: Each vehicle has a unique PIN used to schedule and verify pickup; Members/transporter receive the PIN in their account/email.; Visitor Sign-In / Virtual Queue: Join the line via QR code, web link, or in-app; receive a text when it’s your turn. Premier Members get priority in line.; Safety gear on site: Safety vests and closed-toe shoes required; pets prohibited in storage area; minors must be accompanied by an adult.; No driving off the lot: Vehicles cannot be driven off Copart property; bring a trailer or transporter.; Western Union/MoneyGram payments have special instructions; bring the paper receipt for pickup if using Western Union.

Authorize by entering the transporter’s email from the Payments Due page; transporter must download the Copart Transportation App; transporter receives the lot details and Gate Pass PIN by email.
Third Party Process
Assign the lot(s) to the transporter via “Send to Transporter”; transporter books appointment in the Transportation App, checks in on arrival, and completes pickup. Copart disclaims liability for third-party transporter damage and any transporter-added fees.

Self Pickup Process
From Payments Due, select Schedule Pickup; receive reminders; check in via Visitor Sign-In when near the yard; upon text notification, proceed as directed; yard staff moves and loads the vehicle. Do not drive the vehicle off the lot.
