Apps and who needs them: 1) Copart - Online Auto Auctions (buyer/member app) — search/bid/join live auctions, make payments, manage account. 2) Copart Transportation (transporters AND members who self-pick up) — used to schedule pickup appointments, enter office queue, and obtain paperless gate passes for lot pickup. 3) Seller-side apps include Copart GO and Copart - Seller Mobile for listing and managing assignments (for sellers, not buyers/transporters). Authorization & check-in: Use Send to Transporter from Payments Due to send the Gate Pass PIN and app link; members receive SMS 2 hours before scheduled pickup with a Virtual Queue check-in link or can scan a yard QR on arrival. Auction lanes at this location are labeled by item number ranges (A–E lanes covering Run & Drive, Rentals, Motorcycles, Marine, Heavy Equipment, RVs, Other Goods, and Salvage); auctions are 100% online. Note on fees: Copart publishes multiple fee references; Gate Fee and Environmental Fee amounts can vary by page/member type ($79–$95 Gate Fee; $10–$15 Environmental Fee) — verify the exact amount on your invoice at checkout.

Pickup must be scheduled. Free storage lasts 3 days including day of sale, then storage charges apply. For self-pickup: schedule a pickup appointment from Payments Due; arrive on time; two hours before your appointment Copart texts a link to check into the Virtual Queue; you can also scan a QR code at the entrance. Copart staff moves the vehicle to the loading area and loads it onto your truck/trailer. Vehicles cannot be driven off Copart facilities for legal and liability reasons. Gate Pass PIN is required to schedule and pick up; each vehicle has its own PIN visible on the Payments Due page. PIN is used by members and transporters for appointment booking and check-in.

Appointment required; Gate Pass PIN for each lot; government-issued ID. Copart states members picking up themselves need the Copart Transportation App. You will receive a text with a Virtual Queue check-in link ~2 hours before the appointment; QR code check-in also available at the yard.

From Payments Due select the vehicle(s) and choose Schedule Pickup. Arrive near your scheduled time to keep your place in line. Use the texted link or entrance QR to join the Virtual Queue. Copart loads the vehicle to your truck/trailer. Title can be picked up in person for a $20 service fee (or mailed per title-mailing options). Driving vehicles off property is not permitted.
