Payment changes: Copart notes that effective May 5, 2025, Cashier’s Checks are no longer accepted; personal and international checks are not accepted; in-person payments may incur a per‑vehicle surcharge. For deposits and buying power: Basic members can bid to $2,000 without a deposit; above that requires a 10% deposit of desired max bid; Premier requires $249 annual fee and a one‑time $400 refundable deposit for up to $100,000 daily buying power.
