1) After paying, locate your vehicle’s Gate Pass PIN in Payments Due or win email. 2) Schedule a pickup via Visitor Sign-In (virtual queue) or within the Copart Transportation App using the Gate Pass PIN + Lot Number. 3) Arrive at your appointment window and tap “Arrived” in the Transportation App. 4) Staff moves vehicle to loading area and assists with loading onto your trailer/transporter. 5) Optional: pick up title at the office (service fee applies); otherwise choose title mailing.
