Rules and Notes
Extended Notes
Digital sale page shows active lanes/types on EDGE Pipeline (Lane 1: Donation; Lane 2: INOP; Lane 3: Lease; Lane 4: New Car Trade) and notes live Zoom help hours leading into and during Friday sale. The homepage ‘Upcoming Events’ block provides Friday timing details and reiterates frame check requirements for the 7-day frame guarantee and that INOP lanes are strictly as-is. The site footer links show the exact online platforms used: “EDGE Simulcast powered by Velocicast” and “EDGE Pipeline.” The site does not list mobile app requirements for buyers or transporters (no gate pass, PIN, or digital check-in details provided). Staff directory includes contacts for Number Reservations (ext. 418), Payments/Titles, and Fleet/Lease Transport, but no written pickup/transport workflow. The Dealer page references eight lanes and mentions a Wednesday sale for lightly damaged units, but current homepage promotes Friday sales; treat Wednesday reference as historical/marketing unless confirmed by current events.
