Buyer Fee Details
Buyer's fee varies based on the sale price. Additional fees include a $225.00 processing fee, $18.00 title application fee, 6.6% TAVT fee based on the sale price, and a GA Electronic Title Registration fee of $89.99. For out-of-state buyers, the Electronic Title Registration fee is $29.99.

Policies
・All purchases must be paid for on sale day/day of purchase. All fees for all services are due on the day of the sale or fees will be deducted from the sale proceeds at the time of transactions are settled.
・All vehicles are consigned at the owner's risk. The auction is NOT liable for theft or damage to any vehicle left at the auction. Sellers are advised to remove personal property, cellular phones, etc., from their vehicles prior to checking in the vehicle.

Payment Methods

・Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards (with a 3% convenience fee), and dealership business checks. Pre-approved floor planning is also accepted with a $25.00 processing fee.
Pickup Rules
All vehicles purchased must be removed from the property within 48 hours of the date of sale.
Seller Fees
Seller's fee varies based on the sale price. Additional fees include a $20.00 registration fee and any other fees accrued (e.g., transportation, gas, detailing).
Storage Holding Fees
Vehicles left over 48 hours from the date of sale will incur a storage fee of $15.00 per day. Vehicles left on the lot for over 30 days will be sold for storage and abandonment.
Who can Register
Both dealers and the public can register. Dealers must be licensed and registered with the auction prior to doing business. Public buyers must register in the auction office and provide a $500.00 cash deposit along with a valid driver's license.
