Auction Schedule
Weekly auctions are held on Wednesdays at 5:30 PM Arizona Time. Preview hours are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 AM to 4 PM.
Buyer Fee Details
A $175 administrative fee per vehicle and a buyer's premium of 10% per vehicle are applied. Additionally, a $300 hold is required to bid, refundable if no items are won. If a vehicle is won, the hold applies to the purchase. Non-payment results in a 15% re-listing service fee, and the $300 deposit becomes non-refundable.

・All sales are final. The Auction Yard operates under an 'as-is, where-is' policy, meaning all items are sold in their current condition without warranties or guarantees unless explicitly stated otherwise in the auction listing.

・Accepted methods include cash, wire/bank transfer, and credit/debit cards (up to the first $3,000 of an invoice in person). Credit/debit card transactions incur an additional 3% convenience fee. Cashier's checks made payable to 'The Auction Yard, LLC' are also accepted.
Pickup Rules
Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items. Pickup locations are provided upon completion of the auction. Buyers must schedule pickups in advance during designated pickup times and present a government-issued ID and proof of purchase at pickup.

Storage Holding Fees
Items must be picked up within 3 days from the auction closing date unless otherwise stated. Failure to pick up within the allotted time may result in storage fees, and after a specified period, the item may be resold or forfeited without a refund.
