Buyer Fee Details
Effectively same‑day removal required for on‑site buyers (before 5:00 p.m. Tuesday) to avoid storage fees. For online buyers, removal by 4:30 p.m. Wednesday (day after auction) to avoid fees. After deadlines, storage fee is stated as either $50 per 24 hours or $25 per day (up to 3 days) depending on which section/page you reference (conflict noted).
Seller Fees
$100 seller’s fee upfront to sell your car; title must be in your name (exception for licensed dealers). Call to confirm space availability.
Storage Holding Fees
Conflicting statements are published. On the Rules & FAQs page for ON-SITE bidding: (a) 'All vehicles must be paid for BEFORE 4:30pm and picked up BEFORE 5:00 pm on auction day, or they will be assessed a fee of $50 per day.' (b) Elsewhere on the same page: 'Vehicles must be removed … before 5:00 p.m. on the day of the auction or they will be assessed a $25 storage fee per day (up to three days). Vehicles not paid for before 4:30 p.m. on auction day will be assessed a $25 late fee. After 72 hours, all sold vehicles left on our premises will be disposed of (no refunds).' For ONLINE bidders, the Online Bidding Info page says: 'All vehicles must be paid for and picked up BEFORE 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday (day after auction), or they will be assessed a fee of $50 per 24 hours,' and later repeats the $25/day up-to-3-days language. Buyers should call to confirm the current storage fee policy.

Fees and Methods
Payment Methods
On-site: Cash, Credit, or Debit accepted; no extra fees for using a credit/debit card. Online: Valid Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover required; non‑refundable deposit charged immediately at winning bid; balance due at pickup. Checks, money orders, wire transfers: Not specified.
Bidding Methods
Both. In person on auction day, and online via the Speeds Auto Auctions platform and mobile app with live audio/video; absentee bidding available online. EXACT app name and audience: 'Speeds Auto Auctions' app — for buyers (iOS and Android).
Rules and Notes
Extended Notes
Mobile app: EXACT name is 'Speeds Auto Auctions' (buyers only). iOS listing by Live Auction Group confirms live audio/video, outbid notifications, and bidding features; an Android version exists (Google Play listing may not load consistently, but APK distribution sites reference package id com.liveauctiongroup.speeds). The auctions subdomain help page confirms live and absentee bidding workflows. Several inconsistencies appear on official pages: (1) Storage fee language conflicts between $50/day and $25/day up to 3 days, and pickup deadlines differ slightly between on‑site and online sections; (2) Preview windows differ (homepage lists Monday + early Tuesday previews; online FAQ mentions day‑of 8:30–10:00 a.m.); (3) Hillsboro address ZIP appears inconsistent on the homepage vs. contact page. Buyers should call the auction to confirm the latest storage fees, preview windows, and pickup cutoffs before bidding.
Pickup Rules

Online buyers: Pay and pick up before 4:30 p.m. Wednesday (day after auction) or storage fees apply; any vehicle left after noon Friday may be considered abandoned and towed. No working on vehicles in yard (only tire changes allowed); no test drives (you may start the vehicle); staff drives runners through the lane. Locksmith available Tuesdays (buyer pays).
