Buyer Fee Details
Buyer's fees are tiered based on purchase price. An additional $50 buyer’s fee applies for online purchases via simulcast. No buyer’s fee for U.S. Marshal’s cars purchased.

Policies
・All vehicles are sold 'as-is' unless otherwise noted, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. No express or implied warranties or representations whatsoever.
・The auction employs a light system to describe vehicle conditions: Green Light indicates the vehicle is covered by the auction’s rules for arbitration; Yellow Light indicates announcements have qualified the condition and limits arbitration; Red Light signals 'AS-IS' with no arbitration; Blue Light indicates 'TA-Title Delay' where the title is not present at the time of sale.
・All arbitrations will be charged a $35 inspection fee. All arbitration claims must be submitted to the Arbitration office within 2 hours after the time of the sale. Post-sale inspections must be ordered within 2 hours after the time of sale and come with a 7-day guarantee.
Payment Methods

・Accepted methods include cash (up to $5,000), cashier’s check, money order, credit card, or wire transfer. Payments must be arranged before a gate pass can be issued. Payments must be received by Monday 5 PM following the sale. Payments not received by close of business the following Monday will result in a $100 late fee per car. Payments not received before the next sale will result in buying privileges being suspended until payment is received.

Storage Holding Fees
Vehicles not removed within 14 calendar days of the sale date will incur a storage fee of $25 per day starting on day 15.
Who can Register
Both the general public and licensed dealers can register. A $400 deposit is required to receive a bidder’s badge, payable in cash (in person) or by ACH or credit card online. Online deposits incur a non-refundable convenience fee of $20. The deposit serves as consideration for the contract and to hold a vehicle that the customer has successfully won the bid and agreed to purchase pending full payment.
