Example upcoming 2025 dates published by Royal: Aug 21–23, 2025 (start 9:00 AM EST) and Oct 16–18, 2025 (start 9:00 AM EST). Ring start times on auction days: Ring 1 starts 9:00 AM EST; Ring 2 starts 10:00 AM EST; Timed Online ring begins closing at 11:02 AM EST. Inspections are the Wednesday and Thursday before the sale, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Buyer Fee Details
10 business days after auction; storage starts thereafter with $250 removal fee plus $20/day per item.
Seller Fees
Commission: 10% of the high bid. Consignor payment issued 21 days after the auction.
Storage Holding Fees
Asset removal required within 10 business days after the posted sale date. After 10 business days, a one-time $250 removal fee plus $20/day per item storage/transportation fee applies. Items not removed may be towed or resold; buyer responsible for all costs.

Pickup Rules
