Extended Notes
Online platforms and apps: For dealer sales, OAA uses EDGE Pipeline for online bidding; buyers access via web browser (Auction Edge help docs cover registration and simulcast use). Exact app for buyers is not required/mentioned by OAA. For OAA’s GSA simulcast portal (Xcira), bidders using mobile can use the "Velocicast" app by Auction Frontier to bid on Xcira-powered events (app is optional; web access also works). Apps named on app stores like "EDGE Mobile ASI" and "Edge Mobile AOS" are for auction staff/operations—not for buyers. Pickup rules: The site contains conflicting GSA pickup timing (same-day vs. by Friday after sale); verify with OAA before bidding. Auction types: homepage highlights "40+ Donations Selling Absolute" but does not provide a separate schedule page; these units appear to run within regular sales. Hours and contact details are listed on the site. No information is published about storage fees, specific payment methods (cash, ACH, credit card, checks), gate passes, PIN codes, appointments, or transporter authorization workflows.
